HairStylist Full-time Job

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Consult with clients to create distinctive styles that are consistent with the clients’ personal style.
• Upsell, hair treatments
• Maintain cleanliness, fun, professional & respectful work environment
• Participate and regular training

Must Haves…

• Ideally at least 1 year salon experience. We will train you.
• Beauty school graduates welcomed
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and a professional demeanour
• Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of multi-tasking, and ability to work independently
• Ability to process high volumes of work quickly, efficiently and accurately
• Scheduling flexibility to meet the demands of our business (days, evenings, weekends)
• Sales experience is an asset (upselling services and treatments)
